Litchfield Park, Arizona Mayor Tom Schoaf will proclaim, Friday, August 4th as Coast Guard Day in Litchfield Park in honor of the 233rd birthday of the Coast Guard. Along with the reading of the proclamation the Coast Guard the Division Color Guard will perform a color ceremony.
